Policies
- PAYMENT POLICY: An advanced payment of 51% of the total stay price, including taxes, will be collected at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be collected no later than 30 days before your check-in date. Stay costs are due in full pre-arrival. There is no staff onsite to facilitate payment processing in person.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: We have a 30-day cancellation policy, which is firm and non-negotiable please, regardless of circumstance. This means that a reservation is fully refundable outside of a 30-day window of the check-in date, and the full amount of the stay cost, including tax, is not refundable inside this 30-day window.
- REGISTRATION: The day before or the day of check-in, a registration form link will be texted or emailed to you. The form must be filled out completely, including the requested ID, before access will be granted to your accommodation.
- CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in time starts at 4 PM, and check-out time is 11 AM sharp. We are unable to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You are free to check-in as late as you wish after 4 PM as long as you are registered and have received your access code from us before 9 PM on the day of your check-in. The offsite office closes at 9 PM and access codes cannot be generated after that time.
- NO PETS: We have a firm no pets policy. Pets are not allowed on the property. A $125 CLEANING FEE WILL BE CHARGED for any violation.
- NO SMOKING: No smoking of any kind is permitted in the rooms. Smoking is allowed outside only. A $125 CLEANING FEE WILL BE CHARGED for inside smoking.
- NO CANDLES: Use of candles inside the rooms is strictly prohibited due to fire hazards.
- PERSONAL COOKING APPLIANCES: Electric/gas griddles, portable electric/gas stoves, hot plates, or any other type of cooking apparatus, other than the included microwave, are not permitted in any of the rooms.
- STAFFING: There is no staffed front desk at this property. If you require additional personal staffing needs during your stay, please know that we are not staffed to accommodate this. Daily housekeeping services are not provided. We can facilitate provisioning for additional towels, certain amenity items such as coffee/tea, etc. during housekeeping hours, but only if we are notified by you of these needs.
